Shipping & Returns

Shipping cost will be calculated separately after checkout is completed, once your order is allocated you will receive an email with the due shipping balance.

Merchandise can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the merchandise upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. We are not responsible for any items once they have left your store. Should you find any item to be damaged or defective, Please call us at 213-745-0368 within 7 business days from the order delivery date. You can also e-mail us at Please include the order number in the subject heading and attach pictures of any defects or damages. We do not accept any defect claim after the 7-day period is over. If you are not satisfied with your product, you must request to return your merchandise by phone or email within 6 business days from the confirmed order delivery date. All packages must be unopened and include original manufacturer's packaging and original label. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for items that are not damaged or defective. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Please note USPS and UPS may delay shipment of your package due to unforeseen events and weather. Please contact shipping courier if there is an issue with shipment, we do not have control over packages after it has left our warehouse.
